Key Responsibilities:
- One-on-One consulting: Provide tailored consulting sessions to clients, helping them identify business challenges, set clear goals, and develop strategies to achieve their objectives.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Assist clients in developing business plans, growth strategies, and operational improvements to drive efficiency and profitability.
- Accountability & Support: Regularly check in with clients to ensure progress toward their goals, troubleshoot challenges, and provide encouragement.
- Workshops & Group consulting: Facilitate group consulting sessions, workshops, and webinars on business growth, leadership, and strategic thinking.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong, trusting relationships with clients to understand their needs, celebrate wins, and address obstacles.

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business consulting, consulting, or executive leadership roles. Proven track record of helping clients achieve measurable results.
- Education/Certifications: Degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Relevant career experience in lieu of a degree.
