Key Responsibilities: Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records Manage debits and credits to ensure precise account balances Oversee accounts payable and ensure timely, accurate vendor payments Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly financial statements and management reports Enter and maintain all journal entries in accordance with GAAP Use QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online for day-to-day bookkeeping Support budgeting processes and track financial trends Collaborate with firm leadership and staff to ensure smooth financial operations What We’re Looking For: 2–5 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or similar roles Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals: debits, credits, journal entries, and reconciliations Detail-oriented and highly organized Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently Strong written and verbal communication skills Prior experience in a CPA firm or handling multiple clients is a plus Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary ($40,000–$60,000 based on experience) 401(k) with company matching Paid time off Supportive and flexible work environment Opportunities for long-term growth within the firm
