Department:** Retail Banking
Reports To:** Branch Manager
**About the Role:**
We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented **Teller** to join our team! As the face of our branch, you’ll provide exceptional customer service while handling routine banking transactions and supporting our clients with their financial needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers warmly and assist with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions
- Maintain and balance a cash drawer accurately and efficiently
- Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate banking services or specialists
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care
- Promote a positive customer experience with every interaction
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable using computers and banking software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
