Responsibilities Service Technician:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Kia and other makes of vehicles to manufacturer standards
• Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, brake jobs, tire rotations, and inspections
• Manage advanced diagnostic equipment and resources in order to accurately diagnose customer concerns
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle status
• Document all work performed and recommend additional repairs or maintenance as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Adhere to safety and compliance protocols at all times

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience is required
• ASE certification preferred we pay for certification
• Familiarity with Kia systems a plus, but not required - training available
• Transmission experience is a bonus
• Bilingual Spanish / English is a plus
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
