If youre ready to roll up your sleeves, lead by example, and have fun doing it, we want to meet you.Key Responsibilities:Karting Operations & Facility OversightOversee public karting sessions, private events, and race day operationsHelp maintain and enforce safety protocols, SOPs, and emergency response plansEnsure facility readiness, cleanliness, and operational flow across all areasSupport weather-related closures and operational decisionsLeadership & Staff ManagementHire, train, and supervise track marshals, hospitality, and event staffManage schedules and support performance evaluation processesPromote a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and funCustomer Experience & Event ExecutionLead guest service standards across the facilityHandle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and careSupport coordination and execution of corporate events and race programsFood & Beverage OversightPartner with vendors or in-house teams to deliver quality serviceEnsure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standardsSuggest and implement enhancements to the F&B experienceBusiness & Financial SupportMonitor daily revenue and operational costs; identify efficienciesAssist with inventory management (kart parts, F&B, etc.)Contribute to budget planning and reviewMarketing & Community EngagementCollaborate with marketing team on promotions and contentRepresent AMP at member events, public functions, and outreach initiativesQualifications:Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality, or Sports Management (preferred)3+ years of management experience in operations, preferably in motorsports or entertainmentExperience in F&B or guest services a plusExcellent leadership, multitasking, and communication skillsProficiency in Google Workspace; POS or booking systems a plusOpen availability for nights, weekends, and holidaysWorking Conditions:Indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditionsMust be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbsRegular exposure to motorsports activity and noiseDisclaimers:Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.
