Job Description
This is a detail-oriented and multi-tasked role to support our accounting department with day-to-day financial tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, assisting with various reporting, and providing administrative support as needed. This position plays a key role in keeping the financial operations running smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including issuing invoices and recording payments. Prepare and process payments, invoices, and vendor reports. Perform bank and credit card reconciliations on a regular basis. Enter financial data into accounting software and maintain organized digital and physical records. Reconcile vendor statements and communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies. Support month-end and year-end closing procedures. Generate reports and assist with basic financial analysis as requested. Maintain confidentiality of financial records and sensitive company data. Perform administrative support tasks, including filing, scanning, and correspondence. Oversee rental garage and trailer parking lease administration using the Zoho ERP system and garage electricity billing.Qualifications & Skills: 25 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related financial role. Proficiency in ZOHO a plus, Excel, and other accounting or ERP software and standard office equipment Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage sensitive financial information with discretion. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
