AI/Python Developer

Our client is driving innovation in the procurement space with a cutting-edge AI-powered application that has already been deployed to more than 30 clients over the past two years. • Location: Remote (CST or EST)
• Compensation: This job is expected to pay about 55-60/HR W2.

What You’ll Do:

Key Responsibilities

• Adapt and contextualize application assets to align with client environments, including adjusting architectures and adding new functionality
• Collaborate within small, focused engineering teams to design and implement enhancements
• Build and maintain backend systems in Python with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability
• Leverage Azure services, including OpenAI and Document Intelligence, to advance AI-powered features
• Engage with clients directly, demonstrating strong communication and presentation skills while delivering technical solutions

What Gets You the Job:

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of professional software engineering experience with strong backend development in Python
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, ideally Azure OpenAI and Document Intelligence, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with React for front-end development and integration
• Experience with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts effectively to clients
