How You’ll Serve Our Patients We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide support to the milieu, directors, and staff. An Administrative Assistant II oversees a wide variety of support duties and responsibilities and utilizes a strong working knowledge of systems. You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways: Perform necessary administrative duties based on specific business needs at the assigned location, which may include greeting visitors, assisting with patient admissions, maintaining supplies, scheduling, supporting clinical teams, and more. Must Haves High School diploma or GED - Required Bachelor’s degree preferred Exceptional professionalism, interpersonal, and organizational skills - Required Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information - Required How We Invest In You We support your role with ongoing training, education, and opportunities for internal growth.
