We are a small, fast-moving business that works with customer and partners across the motor vehicle industry. We're looking for a detail oriented, personable, and organized individual to help manage our title processing, customer communications, and internal records. Those that feel they have the understanding and ability to move a business forward should apply.

This is more than just a data entry role. You will be working directly with clients, solving problems, and helping the business run smoothly behind the scenes. 

What You'll Do:

  • Process and manage motor vehicle titles and documentation
  • Communicate with individual customers as well as B2B customers to answer questions, collect information, and provide status updates
  • Focus on retention: Manage and nurture existing client relationships 
  • Support the business owner and team with general office/admin tasks as needed. 

Who you are:

  • Detail oriented and reliable
  • Personable and efficient speaking with customers by phone and email
  • Eager to learn and take ownership of your role
  • Prior experience with title admin / clerical work / customer facing environments is a plus, but open to the right person regardless
