Responsibilities Awarded as Activity Director to ensure residents’ emotional and social wellbeing, implement and direct activity programs to meet physical, emotional and psychosocial needs of residents, oversee all aspects of Activity Department, participate in resident care conferences and develop new activity programs to keep up with trends and industry standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Prior Activity Aide and/or Activity Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. One (1) year of experience in a director or managerial role. NCCAP Certification is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate. About the Facility Our facility is completely memory care (Alzheimer's and Dementia Care) and consists of up to 78 bed skilled nursing facility.
