NOW HIRING for a Junior Accounting Assistant in the South Charlotte area.

Pay is $22.00-25.00/hr , depending on experience.

Candidates must have 3+ years of accounting experience and working knowledge of an ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

• Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile payable and receivable transactions
• Manage machine billing and parts billing processes
• Record Goods Entry and handle payable transactions
• Monitor daily financial transactions for accuracy
• Administer collections and address customer billing issues to minimize accounts receivables
• Generate month-end reports
• Assist in Sales order processes
• Maintain the general ledger and execute month-end closing procedures
• Supervise general accounting operations, ensuring control and verification of financial transactions
• Provide support to the Accounting Manager with assigned tasks

Qualifications:

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Minimum Experience: 3 years
• Proficiency with accounting software
• Preferred Experience: 3-5 years or an equivalent combination of education and experience
