ICONIQ Homes is a fast-growing home builder in Montgomery, TX, seeking a motivated  Entry-Level Accounting Assistant to join our finance team. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to gain hands-on experience in accounting and financial operations.

• Invoice Processing: Review and enter vendor invoices accurately into the accounting system.
• Payment Support: Assist in preparing vendor payments via check, ACH, and other methods.
• Record Keeping: Maintain organized financial records and ensure all documents are properly filed.
• Vendor Communication: Respond to vendor inquiries and help resolve payment discrepancies.
• Expense Reports: Assist in processing employee expense reports and verifying documentation.
• Account Reconciliation: Support the finance team in reconciling accounts payable records.
• Administrative Support: Perform general accounting and office tasks as needed to support the finance team.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and a willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in accounting or construction is a plus but not required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: Up to $15+ (depending on experience)

Job Type: Full-time, In-Office

Schedule:  Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts

Supplemental Pay: Year-end performance bonus
