This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to join a fast-moving service, sales, promotion focused team who is looking for someone to fast track into leadership.You’ll start as an account specialist but only if you have your eye on becoming an Account manager – responsible to manage high activity accounts in the retail space. Your admin support skills set the stage for a role that will launch your career into sales and promotion.
What You’ll be Doing…
Beginning as an A ccount Specialist , you will be a key player in delivering service to customers as well as sales support to the Account Management team on a variety of ongoing and ad hoc sales/promotional campaigns.
·You’ll review written contracts and purchase orders.
·Assist with product shipments, working closely with outside vendors to meet deadlines, and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems.
·You’ll be asked to participate in a variety of client driven sales meetings – and when needed be able to cross training others on sales procedures and processes.
·Maintain product support files – constantly upgrading information about current and future promos.
Here’s what your work history needs to show as evidence that you’re the right candidate….
·Intermediate level skills in Outlook and Excel
·A track record of strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills applied to both internal and external customers and vendors.
·If you’re familiar with customer focused marketing and promotion programs – that’s a big plus!
·Some experience working in or around account management, customer service or sales roles in a high-performance work environment
·Any form of formal or informal leadership (personal or professional) responsibilities.(Keep in mind this job is TAGGED for promotion!)
The Important details:
·Location: Issaquah, WA (100% onsite)
· Hours : 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
·Our client is hiring you direct.
·Pay range is upwards from $50,000 to start but there’s lots of opportunity for pay increases down the road as your role takes off.
·You must be able to meet their requirements for a criminal background check.
